Cancel a scheduled post

Stops the scheduler from publishing a post. Idempotent: cancelling an already-cancelled post returns it unchanged. A post that has already gone out returns 409, because the copy on the network cannot be withdrawn from here. Requires scope posts:write.

The workspace’s plan does not include this module. The social inbox needs channel_social_inbox and the post scheduler needs marketing_social_scheduler; details.FeatureKey names the one that is missing. Upgrading unlocks it, there is nothing to retry.
